Holy shit, I thought I was going to pass out today. There were times when I thought I'd lose my breakfast, my vision was blurred, and/or I lost all feeling in my quads. In fact, this is an accurate description of how I felt during today's workout. I think this is the toughest workout I've ever done, judging by how I felt while doing it and how committed I was to pushing myself not to quit.
Remind me why I put myself through this?

Awesome job today, very well done. You probably notice your bulgarian split squat time is quicker than mine, shows me how much I have been slacking on the timed components. I more focus on progressing on the strength stuff, which I have been, but know I don't give the same effort in the timed stuff, I gotta get my ass in gear.
I glanced at your blog yesterday and saw the split squats, but I didn't remember the time. I was surprised with how quickly I did that part today. It felt like I was resting for too long and too often. That's why I had to ask you'd written the time was right because it felt like longer.
I'm pleased with the score, but I felt like shit while I was doing it. That's seriously the closest I've come to passing out while training with you! There was a point where my vision was blurry - not because I'd taken off my glasses - and it felt like I had tunnel vision.
Out of all my training I'm most pleased with the leg results. I really don't look forward to it, but I seem to be making consistent improvement.
Incidentally, Cher hates my quads - she thinks they feel freakish! They're probably the leanest part of my body so the definition is more pronounced than anywhere else.
freakish? Man Cher is very particular. I never look forward to leg day either, but no other day makes me feel better after I am finished.
