This definitely got the blood pumping. I was really pleased that I took my first and only break after the 42nd box jump.

Very nice work, however, slight suggestion on the burpees. From my angle, they didn't look chest to floor, I could be wrong though, it's not really a pushup though, if you look at crossfit videos they don't really resemble a pushup. More or less you lie on the ground, then push off the ground and bring your feet underneath you, and don't forget the clap overhead while in the air.
People are still commenting on your box jump height.
These were strict chest to floor push-ups, then moving my knees up to start the burpee movement. No, I didn't clap overhead, but other than that I thought these were the same as how I did them on New Year's Eve with you (the strength test workout). I know Saturday is a leg day, but perhaps if we get a moment you can check my form with burpees so I know I'm doing them right.
After I'd finished both workouts I was waiting for Cher in reception and I must have looked pretty rough. Wendy asked if I was okay and I said yeah, I just finished a conditioning session. She said she'd seen me "doing some crazy shit"!
Not a problem, it might have been the angle I was looking at. Also the bikes are set to miles, so unless you did 0.6 on it, you biked a total of 2 miles, or 3.2 kilometres.
Miles? Bloody hell - no wonder the second ride hurt!
