Biceps

Hammer curl: 4 x 12 @ 20s
Cable curl: 3 x 12 @ 30
Preacher curl: 1 x 12 @ 22; 1 x 12 @ 25
Barbell curl: 3 x max @ 55: 8, 8, 6
Seated dumbbell curl: 3 x max @ 22s: 8, 8, 6

Don't know what's wrong with my appetite yesterday and today, but I'm constantly hungry. So hungry that my stomach hurts! I'm going to make us bankrupt with all the food I'm eating.
