Front squats (to 4 risers)
5 (95), 5 (105), 5 (115), 4 (125), 5 (125), 4 (135), 4 (135), 4 (125), 4 (125)

For time:
60 x back squats @ 125
Time = 9:10

======

8 rounds:
10 x travelling lunges @ 30s (5 per leg)
10 x air squats
Time = 7:29

There was a penalty of 25 burpees if I didn't complete this in under 8 minutes.
