Incline bench press - 105lb x 8, 5, 6, 7

Dumbbell bench press - 40s x 11, 10, 8

Dumbbell flies (burn) - 30s x 40; 25s/20s x 40

Pinwheel curls - 45s x 7; 47s x 7, 7

Standing barbell curls - 65lb x 11, 9, 9
