Kettlebell figure of 8s x 10 for each side
Alternating dumbbell snatches x 10 per arm
20 burpees
I was a heaving puddle of sweat by the end.
3 sets; 60 seconds rest between sets:
10 x barbell twists
15 x decline sit-ups
