Conditioning

Quick conditioning routine at Stonecroft this afternoon.

Row - 2k with damper set at 10
Time = 9:57

I just wanted to see what difference a higher damper setting would make. Today was 30 seconds quicker than last week.

7 dumbbell push presses @ 25s
Score = 7 rounds and 6 hsc
