Conditioning

One sweaty bugger.
Holy crap, this left me as a simpering puddle of sweat!

4 circuits:
30 kettlebell swings
20 box jumps
15 kettlebell lateral swings per side
2 minutes skipping
30 kettlebell crunches

It probably took me 10 minutes to put all the equipment away, just because I was so knackered.
