Leg presses @ 270lb - 3 x 10
Leg extensions @ 80lb - 5 minute burn
Stiff leg deadlifts - 115lb x 10; 125lb x 10; 130lb x 10
Seated calf raises (machine) @ 90lb - 5 minute burn
Plenty of stretching...
