Very warm day, hence a bloody sweaty workout.

3 x back squats: pyramid sets - 95lb x 10, 115lb x 8, 135lb x 6

30 mountain climbers

Traveling lunges @ 50lb - 3 x 10

30 mountain climbers

Leg extensions @ 80lb - 5 minute burn

30 mountain climbers

Stiff leg deadlifts @ 135lb - 10, 10, 10

30 mountain climbers

Standing calf raises on a step @ 105lb - 10, 10, 10

30 mountain climbers

1 mile run
