Personal training with Paul

Complex - 2 squat cleans + 2 hang squat cleans
95, 105, 110, 115, 120 (F on second hsc)

A temporary lapse in concentration cost me that second rep at 120lb.

4 sets, 1 minute max reps:
C2B Pull ups - 9, 7, 6, 7
Push press @ 30s - 20, 20, 18, 17

======

Traveling lunges (continuous) - 3 x 15 per leg @ 20s

Expecting plenty of leg pain tomorrow.
